What we collect

• Your postcode, address and property details
• Details and photographs of the work you request
• Records of bookings, quotations and correspondence

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and carry out work, and keep business records. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter a contract with you, performing that contract, and our legitimate interests in running the business.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business (such as secure hosting), or where required by law.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them securely.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
