Booking requests

Submitting a booking request does not confirm an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only once we contact you to confirm the date and time.

Quotations

Quotations are free and based on the information and photos you provide. If the job differs from what was described, we will discuss any change in price before continuing. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them.

Cancellations and changes

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment, quoting your booking reference. Any cancellation charges will be set out on your quotation or confirmation.

Access

Please make sure we can access the work area at the agreed time, and tell us about parking, pets or access restrictions in advance.

Cleaning results

We take every care, but results depend on fabric type and the nature and age of stains. We cannot guarantee complete stain removal.

Regulated work

We do not carry out gas, electrical or other regulated work unless we hold the relevant qualifications and registrations.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
